Kpi Step

Brief description

This step is used for creating KPIs for your Organization. KPI Step sends custom KPI values in each process execution for creating business metrics (examples of use).

Step Information

Step Name (Not required)– the custom name of the process step that labels the editor’s process step box

Input Parameters

You can add how many input parameters you need. 

for each KPI you must add the following data:

• Name (Required)- Name of KPI parameter and every name is unique. KPI is created within the step. If KPI does not exist, it will be created automatically
• Value (Required)- existing variable name of integer or decimal data type
• Category (Required)-existing variable name of string data type that contains the input text value

Additional comments

For each KPI parameter, you must give a unique Name within HQ. If you put the same Name for a KPI in different processes, it will be saved as the same KPI (the KPI Name is like ID). This will allow you to have custom KPIs in your Organization and the possibility to create different KPIs that will be relevant only for some processes.
