Robotiq.ai License Types

Robotiq.ai licenses are mostly based on how many Digital Teammates you use. Paid licenses have no limits on users, functions, or support.

Digital Teammate License

This is the main license for using Robotiq.ai. It includes:

Access to the Robotiq.ai Headquarters (HQ) to manage your Digital Teammates.
Tools to create and oversee your automation processes.

Free Plan

The Free Plan costs nothing and is for small businesses and individuals.

It works for automation needs under five hours a month.
The Free Plan does not include support.

Extra Components and Services

Robotiq.ai offers additional parts and services for specific customer needs.

On-Premises Headquarters (Orchestrator)

Some customers need an on-premises version of the Headquarters for security or legal reasons.

Robotiq.ai offers an on-premises edition in a containerized (Docker) environment.
Important: The HQ On-Premise solution isn't available with the Free or Junior plans. You need at least one Senior license for this solution.

Site-to-Site VPN for HQ Cloud Deployments

Enterprise customers can ask for a Site-to-Site VPN for better security with HQ cloud deployments.

This service needs custom setup and maintenance.

Cloud Virtual Machines (VMs) for Robots

If you don't have your own IT setup for deploying software robots, Robotiq.ai can provide VMs.

This service includes VM deployment, monthly hardware rental, and software maintenance.
