KPI Step templates

Creating KPIs for various processes can be a daunting task. However, you can simplify this process by creating KPI templates that can be used in every step of the process. For instance, if you want to monitor the number of contracts processed by a robot and the time taken for each process, you can create a template that contains these two data points and use it repeatedly across the process. Additionally, if you want to track other metrics such as the number of errors encountered or the number of tasks completed, you can create additional templates for these specific metrics.

Creating KPI Step templates

For creating KPI templates, go to Settings --> KPI Step templates

Click on "Create step"

In the opened window, you define the template Name and how many KPI values you want to save in the template

How to use KPI Step template

You can use KPI Step template only inside KPI Step. For example, we created KPI Step template "KPI template DEMO" and added 2 KPIs:

• KPI_value1
• KPI_value2

When you click on the KPI step template field, a list of available templates will appear, allowing you to select the one you want. You can also search by name.

Selection our KPI template DEMO, defined KPI values will appear in the list.

Now you are ready to apply data. After each process execution, the data will be saved.
