How to start

Welcome to HQ (short for Headquarters). HQ is a web application and it works from modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox and Edge. Old Internet Explorer is not supported.

Every Organization has a different URL for its HQ. User must be invited by Organization Admin to login with email and password.

To create your first process, you need to have access to the department where you want to create it. To gain access to the department, you must be a member of the team that has access to it. If you want more information about departments and teams, please visit the "Departments and Teams" article.

If you are invited to Robotiq.ai Organization by your Organization Admin and you still can't see the department in your Organization, contact your Organization Admin to add you to the team that has access to the department. 

If you are Organization Admin, the first thing you must do is create a department and team. You can visit the articles "Add a new department" and "Add a new team".

After completing those steps, you can download the Development Robot and begin implementing the processes.
