Uninstall old robot

Go to the “Control panel” app by writing “Control panel” in the search bar.

Click on “Uninstall a program”

3. Find the Robotiq.ai Robot, right-click on it and select “Uninstall”

4. If this popup appears, click on “Yes”

5. Confirm with “Yes”

6. After uninstalling the Robotiq.ai, the Robotiq.ai folder will no longer exist in the Program files. You can verify it by searching the path “C:\Program Files\Robotiq.ai” in the folder “Program Files”. If all of the files have been deleted, the following message will appear:
